Poinciana Parc will be a $25MM+ new construction, mid- rise, affordable housing community in unincorporated Osceola County serving low-income seniors. Future residents will enjoy access to a fitness studio, business center, club/game room, 24-hour laundry room, and on-site management / maintenance.
Poinciana Parc was awarded a competitive 9% tax credit allocation from the FHFC in May 2023 and is expected to close financing and begin construction in Q4 2024. We anticipate placing first units in service in Q4 2025.
